Campbell joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2026. Prior to joining PEP, he spent four and a half years with McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles, including more than two years as an Engagement Manager serving private equity clients. Campbell holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, where he was an Egleston Scholar and co-invented copper-extraction technology that was patented and commercialised.
